DESCRIPTION: AZTEC
COATINGS™ Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion Roof Coating is
a UL Rated, professional grade product for coating built-up,
mineral surfaced, metal, concrete, corrugated and other
roof surfaces. It is also great for use in polyester roofing
systems. AZTEC COATINGS™ Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion
Roof Coating has excellent weathering qualities and is
non-flammable, odorless and bonds to damp or dry surfaces.
It can also be used for damp-proofing above or below grade
foundation walls, sealing masonry surfaces and retaining
walls and as an anticorrosive wood, metal, and pipe coating.
Finally, AZTEC COATINGS™ Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion
Roof Coating contains no solvents so it will not deteriorate
or harm insulation or Styrofoam boards and is easy to
use and clean up.
DO NOT ALLOW PRODUCT TO FREEZE.
PREPARATION: All surfaces
must be clean, have proper drainage and be free of surface
rust and any other foreign matter. Roof surface may be
damp (from morning dew), however surfaces may not be saturated
with water. Brush clean all cracks, holes and damaged
or rusted areas with a wire brush. Repair using White
Roof Patch and Glass Fabric. DO NOT HEAT OR THIN.
DO NOT APPLY IF RAIN IS EXPECTED WITHIN 36 HOURS.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
Reinforce coating with a polyester reinforcing fabric
or chopped glass fibers. Once cured, apply Ultra White
Elastomeric Roof Coating, Aluminum Roof Coating, or Aluminum
Coating . This will greatly extend the life of the roof.
APPLICATION: Protective
clothing and eyewear should be used during application
of this product. Always apply on a clear, warm sunny day.
Apply in morning hours to allow maximum cure time. Temperatures
must be above 50°F (for 24 hours) and rising, but
not above 110°F. Apply using professional airless
sprayer, brush or 1/2" to 3/4" nap roller. Covers
approximately 50 sq. ft. per gallon. Two coats are recommended.
Allow 4-8 hours between coats. Coverage rates may vary
depending on texture of surface.
DO NOT APPLY TO DRIVEWAY SURFACES.
SPRAY INFO: 500-1000 PSI, .055 Tip Size, 3-6 GPM (topcoat),
2-4 GPM (BUR)
PRECAUTIONS: Do not
store at temperatures below 50°. Keep closed when
not in use. When transporting this product, ensure that
lid is tight and pail secured. Do not allow pail to tumble
as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur.
The manufacturer also disclaims liability for flat surface
application where poor drainage or ponding of water may
prevail. Do not reuse empty container. Dispose of in an
environmentally acceptable manner.
CLEAN-UP: Warm water
and soap immediately after use.

Use only with adequate ventilation. Eye and skin irritant.
Persons with skin or respiratory sensitivity should not
use product without sufficient protection. Do not transport
on passenger seats or inside the passenger compartment
of any vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle,
and secure over protective cloths to prevent damage due
to accidental spills. Avoid contactwith skin and breathing
vapor. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician
immediately. Seal container when not in use. Do not use
in drinking water or food systems.
