DESCRIPTION: TEX-COAT Rubberized
Stucco creates a thick rubber-like shield of protection
which is highly resistant to cracking, chipping or fading.
TEX-COAT Rubberized Stucco also contains bonding agents
which give it excellent adhesion and ceramics for insulating
properties. This product, when properly applied, is backed
by a 15-year manufacturer's limited warranty. (See store

USES: TEX-COAT Rubberized
Stucco is excellent for use as an exterior wall finish
or for repairing existing walls. It is paintable or you
may have it tinted to a color of your choice to eliminate
expensive repainting. TEX-COAT can be applied in various
types of finishes and is ideal for beautifying virtually
any surface. (Existing stucco, masonry, block, brick,
metal, plywood, OSB, T-111 or wood siding)
SURFACE PREPARATION: All
surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, loose granules
or peeling paint and all other foreign matter. Surfaces
should be prepared by either wire brushing, sanding or
power washing. All cracks, joints or uneven surfaces should
be filled with ELASTOMERIC CAULK & Fiberglass Membrane.
To waterproof and prepare existing surfaces, apply Elastomeric
Emulsion at a rate of 1.5 to 2 gal. per 100 sq. ft. and
allow to cure for a minimum of 72 hrs. prior to application
of TEX-COAT rubberized stucco.
APPLICATION: Power Mix product
to an even mixture. Apply to surface with a stiff brush,
roller, trowel, or hopper gun depending on desired surface.
Keep the brush or roller moist for easy application. If
a thinner texture is desired, reduce viscosity with water.
Apply at a rate of 3-5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. per coat
depending on desired thickness and finish. A minimum of
2 coats is recommended. This product should not be applied
when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours. Apply
only when the temperature is 55 degrees and rising.
CLEAN-UP: Clean brushes,
tools and other equipment with soapy water immediately
after use. Dried film may require paint remover.
